Rules for Oral presentation ESICON 2025

  • The oral presentation will take place in Hall D ( Sadananda Kumar Hall) dedicated for oral presentation at the venue of ESICON 2025 (ITC Royal, Kolkata).
  • The presentation ID for each presentation is allotted against the ijem_ID for the "Abstract for Oral presentation" submitted for publication in the IJEM Special Edition for ESICON 2025. The corresponding author/first author of the paper can find the ijem_ID in the mail they have received from the official mail id of the Indian Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism (editor@ijem.in) regarding the acceptance of their abstract for publication.
  • All oral presenters will need to submit their PPT file before their presentation in following format to presentations.esicon25@gmail.com and in the following link: https://virtualcme.live/esicon2025/submission-form.php
  • File type : MS Powerpoint
  • Format : Landscape
  • Font size of the text should be at least 22 point
  • Total time : 10 min ( 6 min for presentation + 4 min for discussion)
  • Illustrations/images/photographs used in the slides should be enlarged enough to show relevant details
  • Please include the title, author names, and the institution where the work was completed, in large letters on the first slides
  • Please disclose funding sources and conflicts of interest
  • A panel of 3 judges will adjudicate the oral presentations in each category. The winner will be awarded a medal and the top 2 finishers a certificate of merit in every category. The decision of the judges will be final.

Rules for e-Poster presentation for ESICON 2025

  • The e-poster presentation and discussions will take place in two dedicated e-Poster halls at the ESICON 2025 venue (ITC Royal, Kolkata) and judges will be visiting the halls during the scheduled time-slots allotted to each poster.
  • Authors need to submit their e-posters in MS Powerpoint in the pre-specified customizable format provided. The e-poster must be a visual representation of the same abstract they had submitted through the ESICON 2025 abstract submission portal. The e-posters can be submitted in the supplied format to the following link: https://virtualcme.live/esicon2025/submission-form.php
  • The presenter must be present during the poster session at the venue when judges will come for poster viewing and discussion. The presenter must be a registered delegate/faculty for ESICON 2025.
  • The E-poster will be displayed on standard 55" (Diagonal) LCD. poster should be in a single slide format and no slide change will be allowed.
  • Animation/movies/sounds will not be supported; please submit in a static PPT format only. Illustrations/images/photographs used in the E-poster should be enlarged enough to show relevant details. Please include the work title, author names, and the institution where the work was completed in large letters at the top of the first slide.
  • A panel of 3 judges will adjudicate in every category. For each category, the winner will be awarded a medal and the top 2 finishers a certificate of merit. The decision of the judges will be final.
  • All presenters will receive participation certificates and the abstracts will be published in IJEM Special Edition for ESICON 2025.
